The UW Housing recording studio was left non-functional with no documentation after the original engineer departed. I gained permission to restore it and brought it fully back online - learning the professional audio software, updating wiring schematics, repairing equipment, creating user-friendly presets, and writing a complete user and staff manual. Ran recording sessions for multiple full bands and organized student recording workshops. Trained successor staff before graduating. The studio remains fully booked today.
